Medlife — Company has charged me 2 times for single order and haven't deliver all items

I have ordered medicines for my Father but they have not delivered all the medicines which I have ordered and also while delivering they charged me the whole amount again which I have already paid using UPI.
They delivered only one eye drop ADDWET and cost me two times online as well as COD
No other drug is delivered in the box
I have attached the cash memo and drug pics with the complaint
Please tell me what company has charged me online and in how many days my money will be refunded which I have paid online.

I want my money back which I have paid for online.
