Medlife — Complaint about refund

It's more than a month of mental harassment from medlife. I booked a labtest with medlife and test was done on 17/7/2020 in which "Blood Culture" Test was also included. But when I received the reports the blood culture report was missing and then I made a call to medlife. They told me that medlife is not doing blood culture test and a refund of ₹860/- will be given to me in not more than 7 working days. It's been more than a month now from 17/7/20 and I have not received my refund amount. I am just getting fake promises. Please try to understand and resolve my refund issue in this critical time.
