Medlife — Complaint against order No. OR2459GNC-002A

This is for your information and necessary action please :-My Order No. :- OR2459GNC-002ADate :- 07 May 2021
My order date is 07 May 2021 and the delivery boy came on 13 May 2021, Which is after 06 days it's ok fine. But the delivery boy said that the payment has not been received yet and he asked me for 2676/- in cash, when I told him that I paid already and I showed him the payment confirmation in my phone, he went back without handing over my parcel. At that time I call customer care number but did not connected and not received, I write a mail also, next date again I call customer care and after so many try I connected my call and told your representative the the, , she ensure me the problem will be shorted out with in 24 Hours. but not deliver the medicine. again i called the customer care and some of your representatives hung up on my phone to tell me the hold on i check after 2-3 minute she cut the phone. Again I call and this all is going from 13 May to 16 May 2021 where I requested so many times. Finally I got the message 17 May 2021 at night that the Order has been canceled as per my request.
I have all the call records in my phone and payment details also which I paid. What kind of service is this? You people are trying to scam us. This is illegal and your company holds my money 07 may 2021 to till date and I have no medicine at this time, In this pandemic situation your company is doing black marketing for medicine. After the online payment was done your company asked me for more money from me. Your representative told me there is a technical error and 24hrs medicine will be delivered but after so many dates where lockdown is imposed now and now you inform me the order was canceled, Then Why do you harass 07 to 18 May 2021 ? Why do you waste my time? Why do you hold my money ? Who will be responsible for my essential medicine which was not taken ? You should return my money with interest and you should apologize for this. Otherwise I will take legal action against your company for Fraud and black marketing and Harassment purposes.
