Medlife — Coupon discount /cashback not provided | |
I have placed an order in June 2020 with a coupon for cashback and discount .the discount was not given at the time .I contacted the customer service rep immediately and they informed me that it will be done . It has been nearly two months and nothing has happened yet. I have raised multiple complaints via email but to no avail. They have no service experience seems like. I am fed up. Was purchasing for the last two years almost monthly for 3_5000 rupees... Have abandoned them completely now...other service providers are so much more hassle free... providing quick resolution to issues... Medlife is not providing what they promise. If they do not wish to provide discount, why have the offer? I am totally fed up and have told all my family memebers and relatives to purchase elsewhere Was this information helpful? | |
