I had booked a lab test n provide the blood n urine sample on 20/11/18 early in the morning at around 6am vide order id no 101575. Till this date after many reminders n complaints at customer care center i dint get the reports for the same. Due to these reports patient medical advice n medicine are pending for last 1 week. Whenever i lodge complaint at cc they put me on approx 30 mins on hold or smtime disconnect the call. Rather than solving my concern these people are harrassing me beyond the limits. I really wonder how can they do this to their routine customers.
