Medlife — delay in medicine delivery

Raj shah here. Mobile no is [protected]. I had ordered some medicine from medlife. Order is is : or8384rw-001a. I have been told and also in medlife application it was showing that my order will be delivered between 3-4 november. So it must have to be delivered since medicine in my order was for bp patient. So, she has to take that medicine onto 4th, november evening as per timing advised by doctor. And also her medicine was finishing on the same day. Due to delay in medlife delivery, she had have bp problem. So, medlife is responsible for that. Also if delivery boy had not come for out of delivery then why did they show us that order is out for delivery? It is a great fault of theirs. Due to this, patient had to suffer a lot.
