I ordered from medlife app on 22nd april 2020 for my parents who are suffering from high diabetes, high blood pressure etc with advance payment option, and expected delivery shown was 23 april 2020.

I already paid for this order amount rs. 3557/- via icici banking after applying icici coupon on your app and it shows expected delivery date is 23rd april 2020.

But yesterday, i. E. On 1st may 2020, while your delivery person is handing over the medicines, he told us that the payment is not made against this order and took back those critical medicines that medlife deliver it after 10 days. I showed him some proofs regards payment confirmation message from medlife for the same date i. E. 22nd april 2020.
While i am trying to make payment again, it shows negative amount. And if i am trying to cancel the order, then it shows unable to cancel as your order is under processing.
I attached below some proofs regarding order details, payment confirmation etc.
This is an example of poor service and unprofessional way of treating your loyal and needy customers during pandemic. As we are avoiding to go outside because our area is in under red zone else we can purchase it from any local chemist.
Please do the needful.
