Medlife — delay receiving pre ordered medicine

I have ordered few critical medicine on 14 july 2019 and 16 july 2019 on behalf of mr. Ashish kumar talapatra, [protected]. But it's very embarrassing that constant msg of delivery date and amount is being changed. While did not got medicine as well. After contact they are providing a date for delivery which is over by now but not yet received medicine s.

These medicines are for a critical patient and it's already 1week over without medicines. If this delay continues and affect patient's health status who will be responsible for that.

Please intervene and process the delivery soon.
