Medlife — delivery delay and additional charges | |||
Dear sir, Order no : or7950wra-001a With ref to above order, i placed an order on 26/07/2019 with delivery date 28/07/2019, however the delivery date was delayed without any justification and information. We cant delay medicine to the patient even for single day. This is irresponsible behavious of medlife and not at all acceptable. I had to go out and purchase medicine for immediate consumption by patient. Truly no satisfied. After the online payment of medicine, i received a message that i am suppose to pay some additional amount, again without any information and justification. I called medlife and asked about the same and got to know from imran shaikh that these are the charges due to difference in mrp. How come mrp gets changed in 24 hours of time. My registered mobile no is 97429303 I have booked blood sample collection on 11th July for 13 jul it has been postponed ed four time and waisted my time four days this is yours coutomer service. I was in impression that your company is a good one.but u have broken my belief
