Medlife — didn't get refund

I have ordered dettol antiseptic liquid on march 21 but as due to corona i need to travel back to native and i have cancelled order in 3 hour. Payment was may by netbanking. It's been 4 days i didn't get the refund or nither notification that my refund get proced. The order id is or9379vgb-001. Please let me know when i will get my refund.
