This is about order OR3836NVA-004A. Return was initiated on 11th July and the medicines were picked up from home on 14th July. Status of order shows refund complete but nothing is received till date. Its been 43 days now and still waiting for my refund. Followed up zillion times with the customer care but every time they have a standard reply, "Your request has been forwarded to respective team".
