Medlife — discount amount and quantity change

I have order some medicine from medlife and used code for discount cb1500 to get 25% for all medicine and 1500 cb.in order time its show 25% discount amount. But when i received the medicine, i found my order some quantity have change and i get only 20% discount and not get any 1500 benefits. My order no is or2214xha-008a. Please do needful action for it.
