Medlife — double charging by medlife, worst customer care services | |||||
I paid online for medlife medicines. On delivery they ask for cash payment again. They say you have to pay cash for the medicines or cancel the order. They acknowledge i have paid online but still refuse it and say we will refund it later. They have the worst customer care, they only sit for taking orders and not resolving problems, they don't even try to resolve the problems and say it's protocol. Worst experience ordering online.
