Medlife — escalation:- delay in medicine delivery - order id - #or755ow-001a - horrible service... | |||
Hello all & mr. Tushar, I had ordered some medicine from medlife on 30 oct '18. Order id - #or755ow-001a. I have been told and also in medlife application it was showing that my order will be delivered between on 5th november 2018. So it must have to be delivered since medicine in my order was for bp patient. So, she has to take that medicine onto 5th november evening as per timing advised by doctor. And also her medicine was finishing on the same day. Due to delay in medlife delivery, she had have bp problem. I am continue following up with the medlife executive over phone since 5th nov onwards.. The medlife executive are very rude to me, they do not respect the value of customer and they are not been trained to speak to the customer, 1) medlife executive names are [ sumit saha]. I called up on 5-nov 2018 - he doesnot have proper information to provide me on the medicine delivery - he was rude to me when i asked to provide the complete information.. When i requested couple of time he gave me time like. It wold be reaching on 6 - nov - i waited the whole day, medicine not been delivered.. I guess he should be again sent for training how to deal with the customer over phone. 2) the very next day evening (On 6-nov-2018) :- i called up medilife and got connect with executive name [gulsan or gulshan] : - they way he reacted it was like m i asking him for a favor, it is his responsibility to provide an update the medicine has not reached as promised.. He much needed training for customer satisfaction.. 3) again i called up medlife on 7th - nov-2018. To know the status on medicine which is suppose to reach on 5-nov-2018.. The medlife executive [bhawani from bangalore] she has to be thrown out from the company [medlife] if she does not have information she should not take the call or pass the call the other executive who can provide the update.. But she was like said she cant transfer the call the there supervisor, and when i requested if you do not have information please connect me with some buddy or provide the escalation point i can reach out and have my medicine deliver asap.. She was rudest person i ever speak in my life and she does not provided any details and i requested for call back.. Until today. I did not get response.. As per my advice she should not be associated with medlife the way of talking and attitude she has.. Today is 9-nov-2018.. I am still waiting for my medicine to be delivered.. I never seen this kind of worst service. I'm sure, u can't survive in online marking anymore if you continue the same peoples and partner you have. Totally worst service. I'm sure, will share in all social site and my colleagues to not to purchase any medicine from this site Was this information helpful? | |||
