[Resolved] Medlife — expired medicine not refunded | |||
I purchased kojivit plus gel online from www.medlife.com.But the seller sent me a medicine manufactured 1 year ago and is now expired. I made return request on the very same day of delivery i. E. On 12 feb 2019. The product was supposed to be picked up within 48 hours but now more than 25 days have passed and even after repeated complaints on their complain no[protected], the issue is not resolved. I have made almost 15 complaints regarding the same issue, and every time i get same response that product will be picked up in 24 hours but no action is taken at their end. Further it is stated that no complaint number is provided and i am informed that order no #or8153mz-003a is complaint no. Extremely pathetic service from their end. They delivered tge medicine on this address and now their pickup agent is not willing to pick up the medicine from same address. They are totally fraud and judt not want to refund my money after sending an expired product Was this information helpful? | |||
