Medlife — fraud company by not refunding the amount | |||||
I have ordered my medicine via order reference number-or8862ul-002a. The agent upsold me some supplementary medicine, which i was not sure, if were good or not. But he mentioned that they have refund policy and if i don't like the product, i can refund the same. Even after calling more than 30 times and numerous follow up, they didn't refund my money. They are the fraud company and even don't share any escalation matrix, if you ask them. They email id [protected]@medlife.com is also fraud, as they don't respond to you regarding refunds. My medicines were not delivered from past 3 days and finally they cancelled my order. They could have informed me 3 days before and I could have purchased from other vendor if medicines were not available.
