Through app, i ordered on 19th aug for a medicine (Order no. Or7492xr-001a). Its delivery date was 21st aug. On 21st aug, due to delivery boy, the order was cancelled without informing me. I approached to customer service of medlife & again they reordered my medicine (New order no. Or7492xr-002a) & same was supposed to be delivered on 22nd aug. Same was confirmed to me. But, now i got the massage that again the order has been cancelled. Now customer service is saying, may be there is some system issue! This medicine is very important for my wife. I have already got medicine through medlife at same address. Then why i am facing so much trouble now? Even customer service is also not replying me properly. It will be very helpful for us if we get appropriate communication from medlife. I. E. If they are not able to provide medicine to me, they should inform the same.
