Medlife — have not received any refund for the cancelled order due to no stock at medlife | |
Due to cancellation of my order due to non availability of the item, i am entitled for the refund amount, but till date there has been no refund. Query department when called, keeps us on hold for more than 5-10 mins and then the call simply gets disconnected. I have no way to reach them, i mailed my complaint already to [protected]@medlife.com and [protected]@medlife.com, but no one has responded to those e-mails. Below is the sms that i had received due to no stock for one of the items in my order (15th feb 2020) Refund of 617.5 charged in excess for order or3046la-009a will be credited based on the payment mode chosen by you.
