[Resolved] Medlife — I am not able to return medicines. | |||
I ordered calcium tablets sold by medlife, (For which no prescription is required). Now i asked for return of medicine, the delivery boy arrived and said that he won't be able to return the medicine because the seal of the medicine is broken. Now, the reason i am returning the medicine is that after consuming the medicine, i am suffering from stomachache. The problem is that, how would have i known without breaking the seal that the medicine i will consume will result in stomachache. The another point of view of the problem could be, neither the calcium tablet was prescribed by some doctor whom i knew so that i would have confirmed about those tablets prior of consuming them. The another thing is that, the customer support executive - the boy has understood my problem, he feels like "yes something wrong has happened to the customer" but he is bound by medlife. My concern regarding the customer support agents is that, when they understand some serious problem and they know that yes something wrong has happened with the customer, the support agents must be given at least this much authority that they could actually resolve the problem by taking proper measures to help the customer. Here the matter with the support agent was, he wasn't capable of helping me just because he didn't had authority for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
