Medlife — incorrect medicine and unhelpful service by company | |||
I ordered ensure plus from medlife and got delivered ensure as the order was prepaid i spoke to the customer care team and asked for replacement and was advised to cancel and rebook as they did not have option of replacement since it a mistake i tried booking a single box of ensure plus and again got ensure delivered when spoke to the customer service team she was not able to figure out or give resolution and when asked to be escalated the escalation rep was horrible and and rude and did not provide any resolution and when asked to transfer to manager was advised to call back in afternoon and speak to the manager. And as i had to get a refund from medlife for the return order upon checking she rudely told that she have to get a confirmation from back end which will take 5 days and post that they will confirm if the refund will be done or not. It's been more than 5 days and haven't heard any thing from medlife. Horrible service and unprofessional customer service specific "chanda kumari from escalation department".
