My husband filed beneficiary forms to you all several months ago and now you say you did not get them. Please help. This acct # [protected] johnny martinets is his brother in law and he takes care of him for all his needs. He us currently in nursing home and has alizermires. We got him to sign for the paper to be filed and now you say that you did not get.

I had ordered medicine at medlife with the order id of OR1516EQ-004A . Order had been placed on 2nd oct and ithe 6th oct till now you people cant able to deliver my medicine so dumb service given by medlife so unhappy with the service.
