Medlife — item not available | |||
I am new user in medlife, i have placed a order and on the delivery date i didn't get any update after that i called back to customer care team and they said medicine is not avaialble so wait for one day, i wait again, after that i again called back and then with talk with customer care team i have to modify current order to taking available medicines and placed a new order for the remaining medicine, then again same issue arises that medicine still not available and i have to wait fot that medicine for more than a week. Also if i am trying to contact the superior manager of concern team than always no manager team is available, concern team is arranging a called back but not called back i received till yet. So this is how you are providing service to the customer team. My 1st order i have placed on 23rd march 2019 with order id : #or4862lia-002a and 2nd order which is placed for the remaining medicine on 27th march 2019 is #or4862lia-003a. And my medicine is still not available and not getting a satisfactorily answer from the customer team. This is how you are treating to a new customer. This makes me to not use medlife in future.
