Medlife — kapiva amla juice returned but not getting the refund from past 10 days | |||||
Not refunding my money even after getting the product back... Taken my bank details... When i calling to the the customer care... They are continuously repeating the same line "maam your request is in process". They assured that the refund will be within 24hours and today is 10day. After the delivery boy has taken the product from me he has also not given any acknowledgement paper when i asked him to give he told me that "be calm you will get back your money if any problem occurs call me on [protected] this number"... What is wrong with medlife first they are assuring then no attempt is being taken... After all these misshapen i ordered more items from that site which for which i have rs589 but yet they are saying...
