My blood sample was collected on 9th May in the morning and i am yet to receive my test results(11th May). It was mentioned that the result will be shared within 18 hours, however it has passed 54 hours now. The customer care service is absolutely useless as the call gets disconnected everytime I try. There is no way I can get a response from the lab.
