Medlife — medicine not being delivered

Order id: or6928tu-001a - i have given the order for medicine and co committed to deliver by 08.10.18 between 6 pm to 10 pm i have waited for the medicine but till time it not being delivered who is responsible for this what can i do should i have to take the medicine in the morning why these co will play will the ill people if they doesn't have the medicine they have to reject the order.

Reference is invited to my Order no. OR2117HT-001A.
Despite Medlife's sms dated[protected]at 11:24AM) stating that due refund has been initiated, the fact remains that it has not been credited to my (source) account even after an elapse of a fortnight.
What's happening?
