Medlife — medicines are delivered to late

I am not at all satisfied with this company's service. Why this company is allowed to function. I had ordered and instructed on 4th july for medicines also sais whtever is available deliver bu instead of 48 hours delivery they messaged me on 8th we do not have one medicine. They said on 8th will deliver within 24 hours till 9 th july 2019 till 11 a. M. Not delivered. Telling will deliver on 12th not confirmed
