Medlife — medicines delivery | |||||
I have ordered medicines from medlife on 02/10/18 the estimated delivery date was 04/10/18. The invoice was generated on 03/10/18 and i paid the bill online on 04/10/18. From 04/10/18 i am receiving msg from medlife that the product is out for delivery and will be delivered today. But today is 06/10/18 and still the medicines are not delivered by them. I have contacted their customer care numbers but they are not replying my calls and sometimes after picking up of calls disconnect the calls. I have raised the complaint but no response is received. Due to the delay in delivery of medicines i am suffering. They are just making fool of me. Sometimes they says that medicines were not delivered due to non availibility of medicines. How can they generate invoice without having medicines in stock. I want to raise a complaint against the company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
