Medlife — medicines not delivered and money not refunded

Kindly provide your valuable feedback through our app. This message i received but medicines taken back in an hour after being delivered and since 31st july money is not refunded. No proper revert on mail or calls. Mr. Malik was supposed to call me in 2 hours on 21.8.19 and till date no call back arranged.
