Medlife — medicines not delivered and refund not being given on prepaid order despite follow up

I had ordered medicines on 2nd July, 2019. OR2687DF-005A. The medecines did not get delivered but I got a message saying that it was delivered. I have been following up since then, its about 45 days now. I wanted proof of that delivery - it should have the signature of the receiver and the date. But Customer Care only says that they would be following up with the concerned department who would get in touch with me. I said that if they cannot provide me with the proof of that delivery, they should refund my amount of Rs. 1811.98. to date neither have they been able to provide any proof, nor have refunded my money. I am exasperated with this behaviour. The worst thing they have not bothered to call me even once in this matter, I have to keep calling them each time. They even took my email ID and said they would be sending me the details of my refund, which has not seen the light of day till now. I will have to take up this matter with a consumer court, if I am not given my refund immediately.
