Medlife — Medlife is harassing me with spam and they don't have any option to delete my account | |
I have sent around 20 emails to Medlife asking them to unsubscribe me and delete my account and all personal information associated with it. They are not complying to my requests. Medlife is constantly harassing me with repeated unsolicited promotional text messages. It took this company 4 hours to subscribe me without my consent, and it's been 26 days now since I asked them to unsubscribe me and delete my account. Their customer care executive says that there is no provision to delete my account. How is this legal? Their privacy policy states that: Medlife is storing personal data of the User, and every User is also entitled to require Medlife to delete and destroy all such information (but not other Users).
