Medlife — medlife medlife after ordering the medicine and complete payment, medlife is informing customers that the medicine is out of stock

This is with reference to my order ID: OR3880FSA-001A for which I had made complete payment. But after 2 days I was informed that the medicine which I have ordered is out of stock. While I was ordering, the medicine was showing in the website and I placed the order. Also I have done the payment too. The order was done on 1st August 2019 and it was committed that the medicine will be delivered by 3rd August 2019 by 10 PM. Till date no delivery.
