Medlife — Medlife order to be cancelled and refunded - Order not delivered for a month

The issue that I have experienced was: The order was placed on Jan 19th, still hasn't been delivered and the cancellation is pending for two weeks now. The order is neither delivered nor canceled. My money is stuck with them as they refuse to start the refund.

Despite several calls to their customer service people, who were no help, sending the same template email and no resolution.

Updated by Kezia Nancy The issue still hasn't been resolved. the order is still stuck. NO REFUND YET.
