[Resolved] Medlife — medlife - refund issue | |
I had ordered medicine and instantly made payment for the same after receiving confirmation from them soon after two days they cancelled my order showing non-availability of medicine which previously they confirmed on telephonic conversation that they have the medicine in stock. Well leaving that part its been more than 15 days and till now i have not received even a message from their side regarding my refund. The toll free no. Provided them is always not reachable, i even placed order second time just to get a call from their side so i can ask them regarding my refund they said that its in process but since then no information regrading my refund is provided. Till now its my worst experience for a brand who's advertisement is done with a great player like m. S dhoni. The app is not having any tab to check status of cancelled order or payment. I have raised query too around 3-4 times but as usual no response. Was this information helpful? | |
