I have ordered medicines in medlife. Medlife is concerned about orders and payments. They wont bother about the deliver, whether the customer received their package or not, they wont check with delivery agents. Its been 15days i havent recieved my package
Medlife doesnt provide details about the delivery and their agents so that customers can keep the track
If we call to customer care, from day1 onwards theyll say it will be delivered today, theyll keep on saying the same thing if it is more than 15days also.
But they cant accept is issue with them
If they cant provide service to the customer then why to promote that delivery will be in 2days. Fake promises and while ordering theyll show as all medicines are available, but after billing theyll say out of stock Was this information helpful? |
