Medlife — Missing item OR0893YVB-004A

On 21st of August i ordered 6 strips of tricomax tablet. When i received the package i found that only 5 strip of tricomax tablets was only there. One strip of tricomax tablet was missing so i immediately contacted the medlife customer service and i informed the missing tablet. They told me that they will verify with the warehouse and refund my money back. After that i contacted medlife customer service more than 20 times regarding the missing tablet. Till now i have not received any replacement or refund for the missing strip of tablet which was 148. I feel frustrated and exhausted for the past two week during my experience with the medlife customer service. Please help me to get my refund amount 148 from medlife. The order number is OR0893YVB-004A
