Medlife — missing medicine no refund

This has reference to my order #or6143lwa-004a from mobile number [protected], kindly note that i had ordered list of medicines as per bill enclosed. I wish to update you that i have only received only 2 becadexamin bottles out of 11 medicines ordered. I have received bill of entire amount but received only 1 medicine.
Even after calling medlife customer care number several times i am unable to get proper feedback. I request the medlife team to get this sorted at the earliest as my mom and dad are diabetic and need all the medicine on priority basis. If you cannot arrange medicine as requested, i request you to refund my amount back.
Really upset by this service of medlife and will never ever order again from here.
I had raised complaint on 20th march and now after 10 days also medlife is not refunding my amount.
