Medlife — Multiple calls per day to take new order

I been getting multiple calls everyday from Medlife enquiring to make new orders.

Have informed customer care to add my number in DND and every customer care person i requested informed that they have added my number to DND, but still am receiving multiple calls everyday.

If a person needs medicine, he/she can call medlife and place order, WHY is this company calling multiple times per day and torturing people to make orders.

Need some serious escalation and justification from this issue.

I had registered my secondary no in medlife for purchasing medicine. But after knowing that most of the time their medicine stocks were out of stock so did not order anything.
But now I am getting calls everyday two or three times from different numbers asking for ordering medicine.
Earlier I had politely told them that I already had purchased my medicine and not interested but still getting spam calls.
