Medlife — neither are they delivering the order nor responding over email

The order was made on March 2020 and was supposed to be delivered by March 31. However, the order isn't delivered till date and the customer is not responding either. The last response I got from them was 6 days ago that read 'Greetings from Medlife!

I did drop multiple followups and emails to them but they have not responded even once after this.
I need those medicines urgently and request you to route my request to them.
