Medlife — neither delivering my medicine not refunding my money

I have purchased medicine in the name of my father in law sankar nath ghos. Order id or0915yv-001 on 24th october. Their status is showing medicine is out for delivery. But till now i have not received though the estimated delivery date was 30th oct. Their customer care is unable to track my order and everyday they are telling lie that i will get my order within 24 hours. Now as i requested to refund my money, they are telling that will not be possible as the order is already in process.
Please find a solution regarding this.

Updated by gktapan Till today they have not taken any action regarding this. I have requested them to refund money but they have not responded.
