Medlife — no delivery of medicines till today 15th july 2019

I pradip gugle placed medicines online order on 10 th july to medlife. My order id is or0728zqa-001a in the name of shilpa gugle and mobile no is [protected] of my wife. My mobile no is [protected]
There is confirmation call from doctor on 11 th july morning
I made all payment on 11 th july. Medlife given assurance that within 24-48 hrs from order medicines will be delivered to me. Today is 15 th july and its 10 pm now. But till today no any delivery from medlife or call or messages. Really it takes 5 days for delivery. If so why u had not mentioned this on website. Why u are giving fake assurance to the customers. Who is responsible if medicines not received in time. It is not a cosmetics ordered or entertainment products.in a todays online e commecre market is only medlife is there? There are many companies. But for good discount i place order to medlife. And it was a big mistake i did. I request for strict action against company and compensation for delay in medicines delivery.
