Medlife — no details on refund after cancellation

I can't get through to their customer care. Either through call, whatsapp, email, twitter.
I am constantly charged for calling their customer care without any response from their company end.
They modified my order by cancelling some items from my order, without any details about the refund of the payment i already did. So i went ahead and cancelled the entire order. They confirmed the cancellation through sms but no other information regarding refund. I have been continuously trying to reach out to them, but no response from their end. This is terrible service
