Medlife — no one came for blood sample collection against booking no. 4192017 | |||
I booked a health checkup through Medlife via booking ID 4192017 for 14th Sep by 8am. But none came at that time and when called to customer care, they simply asked alternate date as no one allotted from their end for collection of blood sample for me & my mother. I am a diabetic patient and my mother already faced twice brain stroke and we already booked doctor on tuesday based on Medlife commitment to provide the reports by Monday. The company is a non professional and fraud one and their service is worst and even their customer care executives not even understand the importance of their committed service.
