Medlife — No refund after returning medicine | |
I got a call from medlife for ordering medicine, I ordered the regular medicine that I used to place order online. However I got a medicine with different power so I returned it on 17th july. In app it shows pickup completed. When I tried to track status the app crashes. I tried with reinstalling as well but same result. I wrote mail as well but they replied like sorry for inconvenience and ll look into matter. It's more than a month I didn't get refund but I get regular calls for ordering medicine.. The amount to be refunded is 1177.19 rs Was this information helpful? | |
