I ordered a cream (Or5294pla-002a) on 22/04/19, and the order was cancelled by medlife on the next day suggest that "the product went out of stock" (Though when i bought it, it showed that it was in stock). They also said that "refund will be done in 3-4 business days" but there is no refund at all. You autonomously cancel my order and then don't refund?

This is in reference to a Medlife order that was delivered on 25.12.19. I ordered 90 tablets of Gerijoint medicine on 24.12.19 but only 80 medicines was delivered on 25.12.19. 10 medicines were missing from the medlife box. I want the refund for rest of the medicines. I called the customer care thousand of times but everytime they say that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours. Its been 19 days the issue is still not resolved
The refund amount is 307.5
