Medlife — no refund to customer: do medlife earn more by cheating customer?

1. My order number or2143whb-001a dated march 29, 2020.
Order value rs. 2706.25/-

2. Medlife cancelled the order at their end.

3. Customer care simply parrot that the refund has been initiated on march 31, 2020. But, till date, there is no refund to my credit card a/c, from which i paid online.

4. No response to e-mail from customer care. Even mail to saurabh. [protected]@medlife.com remains unanswered till date.

I don't know, if at all there is any hope of getting back my money.
