Wrong medicine sent. Requested refund. Medicines picked up on feb 22nd. No update after that. Customer care informed that they have received the medicines and will raise the credit note in 48 hrs and refund will be initiated on 3rd march. Till now i didnt receive any update. Tried contacting the customer care but not getting connected. But easily getting connected with the pharmacist since they only look to steal customer's money. Sent mails also but no response. Very poor customer support received.
