I have ordered medicine on 17dec and did online payment on same day.
On the other day, delivery person ask for money saying this is cod order.
He went back as i denied to pay money, i raised complaint in customer care and did mail to both care & support mail id.
Since last 13 days i am following for medicine and they are saying we are working on it & you will receive medicine soon. But there is no result.
I have asked customer care representative to transfer call to some senior person to escalate problem but they are transferring call and it goes on hold for several minute and no respond there on.
Today after 13days whey i called once again, they said your medicine went back as there was no delivery since many days.
Delivery person is not providing delivery who has tied up with medlife, no one from medlife even tried to contact to me and saying confirmation of delivery of medicine.
I have also twitted this thing on twitter on medlife page and they said they are working on it. But still no result.
Now they are saying you need to place another order of medicine because it went back.
I have paid money and i am not getting service for it. And who will be responsible for delay for medicine? Was this information helpful? |
