[Resolved] Medlife — non delivery of medicines ordered online feb 24th

I ordered one touch select test strips online which cost 363.40 inr on fed 24 2019. I paid the money through amazon pay. Transaction details of the payments are Order no :or0489lga-004a Amazon transaction no : p[protected] I called the customer care more than 30 times and they always promised me the delivery will happen in 2 days. But till today no delivery has been done. Since i have monitor blood sugar level it is important for me to get these strips on time. I was helpless. Please action against these guys. I ordered some medicines through medlife on 09/03/2019 Order ID #OR6664RHA-001A after 24hrs the order has been cancelled due to insufficient stock of ordered medicines. so i request you to that please refund the money as soon as possible.
