Medlife — non receipt of ordered medicines, poor service

Dear sir, i am diabatic, and aregular customer of yours since last two years. Placed an order bearing no or34321-31a on 18 th septmeber. Till date not received any medicines or any information. Trying to contact but failed. Today again called, mr nitesh and ashwini is not able to tell the status and delivery. Really sad with service provided and thinking to switch over to other on line medicine stores in future. Pl inform and deliver my ordered medicines immediatlly and confirm.
