Medlife — Non-receipt of Refund / Replacement from Medlife against WRONG Medicines delivered on 19.09.2019 | |||
Certain medicines were ordered by the undersigned through Medlife App, which has been confirmed by Medlife vide order no. OR0387WOA-003A on 16.09.20 and the Tax Invoice was generated by Medlife bearing No. CCU04/21/3130/58 dated 18.09.20 of Rs. 1826.59 against pre-payment but Medlife delivered WRONG Medicines on 19.09.20 evening though the correct invoice was attached with the packet. In spite of my repeated follow up and their verbal and written assurance, Medlife failed to make Refund / Replacement against WRONG Medicines delivered on 19.09.2019. 1. A complaint on Wrong / Short supply of Medicines delivered by Medlife on 19.09.20 was communicated over phone to Medlife Customer care on 19.09.20 evening. 2. As no response was received from Medlife, email was issued to Medlife Customer care on 20.09.20 at12.58 pm. 3. On 20.09.20 at 7.51 pm. Medlife communicated through email to "open the package and revert them with the medicine name which is missing along with the quantities so that they would check with our team and assist me further". 4. As per Medlife's request, the package was opened and communicated to Medlife Customer care on 21.09.20 at 12.45 am that complete wrong medicines had been supplied though the tax invoice kept inside the package was in my name against my ordered medicines. The relevant visual evidence was also submitted by the undersigned along with email msg. Through the mail I have requested Medlife to do needful to get my all ordered medicines immediately without any further delay and harassment. 5. On 21.09.20 at 1.09 pm. Medlife acknowledged receipt of the mail and communicated that they had forwarded the matter to their team to investigate it and do the needful within the next 24 to 48 Hours. 6. Again I have reminded Medlife via email dated 22.09.20 to do needful to get my all ordered medicines immediately without any further delay and harassment. 7. Medlife has been reminded to make Refund / Replacement against WRONG Medicines delivered vide my email msg dated 24.09.20, 26.09.20 and 30.09.20. 8. On 06.10.20, Medlife was communicated through email with the relevant screenshots of Medlife App stating that the items (WRONG Medicines) have been picked up by Medlife representative on 3rd October'20. 9. On 08.10.20, Medlife communicated through email that it would be resolved in next 24 hours, i.e., by 09.10.20. Medlife was again reminded on 10.10.20 and 18.10.20 but unfortunately till date no action is visible from Medlife to make Refund / Replacement against WRONG Medicines delivered on 19.09.2019.
